2 How We Use Your Information

Unless explicitly identified as a Yurluk Signature line, products listed on the platform are sold and fulfilled directly by independent third-party artisans and merchant brands.

2 Multi-Vendor Checkouts & Payment Settlements

Yurluk utilizes an automated split payment engine integrated with Paystack:

• Consolidated Carts: Buyers may place a single order containing items from multiple distinct vendors.
• Automated Split Disbursement: Funds are divided at checkout. Respective product proceeds are deposited directly to individual merchant bank subaccounts minus the agreed platform fee.
• Currency: All transactions are settled in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless international currency checkout is specifically designated.

3 Merchant Obligations & Counterfeit Prohibition

Sellers registered on Yurluk agree to strict product safety and verification standards:

• Authenticity Guarantee: Counterfeit makeup, harmful bleached mixtures, unverified chemical formulations, or deceptive product photos are strictly forbidden.
• Regulatory Standards: Formulated cosmetics and topical skincare products must adhere to applicable regulatory benchmarks (e.g. NAFDAC compliance where required).
• Accountability: Merchants must fulfill verified orders within their stated dispatch window (typically 24–48 hours) or face listing penalties and payout holds.

4 Returns, Hygiene Exemptions & Refunds

Due to health and personal hygiene regulations, specialized return rules apply to beauty and style items:

• Hygiene-Exempt Goods: Opened cosmetics, unsealed skincare bottles, lipsticks, and worn custom hairpieces cannot be returned once original hygiene seals are broken.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an incorrect shade or broken parcel is received, buyers must file a photo claim within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
